Buffalo State Properties

Our Buffalo State properties are all located within a few blocks from the Buffalo State Campus. They have all been very popular with students and everyone else who enjoys being within walking distance to Elmwood Village, or Buffalo State Campus.

Most offer all of the same amenities of our Elmwood Village locations including hardwood floors, parking, spacious layouts and updated appliances, without the Elmwood pricing.
